GDPR Compliant Privacy Notice
Under new the GDPR legislation I am required to inform you of what personal information I may collect that effects your privacy and how that data may be held, stored and used.
All personal information including client notes and confidential contact information is held in a locked cabinet and is not shared. I attend professional supervision with a therapist with more experience than myself and I may talk about our process together, however I will not disclose any identifiable information ( such as names, addresses, dates of birth etc). My supervision is to ensure safe and ethical practice. I will never pass on your personal information to a third party unless you require me to do so and we have talked it through thoroughly or there is a significant risk to your safety and / or the safety of another. I will discuss this with you first.
The case notes I keep are minimal and you have a right of access to them should you want this. There is a fee of £10 for this. I abide by the ethical framework of Re-Vision, of which I am a member and the UKCP, with whom I am registered.
